What is Brie Cheese?
Brie is a soft, creamy cheese, usually made from cow's milk. Brie comes in a wheel and is often served as a pie shaped wedge. The rind of the brie is a grey white that looks almost fuzzy. Some people eat the rind, however, the sought after part is the cream colored smooth cheese on the inside, that has a sheen to it. The flavor is generally mild and buttery. It is popular on bread and crackers, or paired with fruit.
