What is Carbonara Sauce?
Carbonara Sauce is a pasta sauce made with eggs, cream, garlic and parmesan cheese. It has a rich, creamy texture that coats the pasta, and the addition of diced, cooked pancetta gives it an earthy, salty taste as well as a bit of a crunch.
