What is Chicken Adana?
Chicken adana, also known as Adan kebabi is a Turkish dish made from minced chicken mixed with onions and seasonings, such as garlic, parsley and black pepper. The minced chicken is pressed onto a long skewer and roasted over an open flame. Chicken adana is crisp outer layer and a tender inner texture. The flavor is spicy and savory.
