What is Coconut Flakes?
Coconut flakes are thin, small strips of white coconut meat that have been dried. They are lightweight and slightly thicker than paper. Some coconuts flakes are very small and shredded, others are larger and wider. Coconuts flakes may be sweetened with sugar, or unsweetened.
