What is Green Curry Paste?
Green curry paste is made by blending green chili peppers together with various spices and seasonings. These may include lemongrass, onion, ginger, cilantro and others. The paste is a pale yellow green color and is used to flavor curries and other dishes. The predominant flavor of green chili paste is the heat from the hot peppers. A small amount goes a long way.
