What is Israeli Salad?
Israeli salad is a fresh vegetable dish of cucumber and tomatoes with bell peppers and onions tossed with olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, mint, and cilantro. The salad has a crunch to it and is colorful with a bright flavor, hint of salt, and fresh aromatic herbs. It is an excellent side dish for summer meals.
