What is Marinated Lamb?
Marinated lamb is made by soaking lamb steaks in a mixture of lemon juice, oil and spices. These spices may include pepper, oregano and garlic. The marinade adds depth of flavor to the meat and the citrus tenderizes it to create more delicate texture. The lamb can be pan cooked, grilled or roasted. The flavor is gamey and bright with the addition of herbs from the marinade.
