What is Mint Chutney?
Mint chutney is a sauce made of ground mint, cilantro and seasonings. It is green and semi-thick with a watery paste texture, or can be more moist and less thick. The flavors are full, bright, zesty, spicy and warm with a cooling quality. Mint chutney is used in Indian cuisine, primarily as a spread and dipping sauce.
