What is Oolong Tea?

Oolong tea is caffeinated and straddles the line between a green tea and a black tea. It is semi-oxidized. The less oxidized it is the more it tastes like green tea and with greater oxidization it tastes reminiscent of black tea. The flavor can range from floral, green, sweet or toasted.
