What is Sparkling Water?
Sparkling water is carbonated water into which pressurized carbon dioxide has been dissolved, creating bubbles. Sparkling water is the same as flat water in terms of viscosity, but has bubbles and may be flavored. Bottled seltzer loses its fizz quickly once opened and is best served cold.
