What is White Chocolate?
White chocolate is not real chocolate because it does not contain cocoa solids, instead it is made from cocoa butter, sugar and milk. White chocolate has a smooth and creamy texture that is similar to milk chocolate. When cold it is hard and when warm it is soft and melts. The flavor is mild, sweet and nutty with a hint of vanilla. Milk chocolate is used in desserts and can also be eaten plain.
