What is Breaded Chicken?
Breaded fried chicken is a semi-thin cut of chicken, usually from the breast, that has been dipped in an egg batter and then coated in flour and breadcrumbs. The chicken is then pan fried or deep fried. The result is a juicy piece of meat with a satisfying outer layer of golden brown crunch from the breadcrumbs and a tasty addition of fat from the oil.
