What is Chicken Samosa?
Samosas are particular to Indian cooking and are small fist-sized pockets of dough in a round triangle shape. The dough is filled with ground masala spiced chicken and peas. The samosa is traditionally fried, but may also be baked. The dough of the samosa is golden-brown and lightly crisped with a soft filling. The flavors are umami, salty and spicy.
