What is Grape Juice?
Grape juice is made from the juice of green and red grapes. Concord grapes are a common variety used for juice production. The color of the grape affects the color of the juice and a red grape will produce purple juice, while a green or white grape will produce a translucent yellow beverage. The juice is thin and tastes sweet. Red grape juice has greater depth of flavor than white or green grape juice. Both are a popular juice, especially for children.
