What is Grapes?
Grapes are a small fruit that grow on a leafy vine. The grape has a thin skin that is pale green, purple or a reddish tone. The flesh of the grape has a translucent red or green and is soft, yet crisp. Most table grapes are seedless, though some varieties such as concord have large seeds. Muscadines have a musky flavor that is sweet. In general grapes have a fruity sweetness and are often served as is, but can be made into jams and desserts.
