What is Pak Choi?

Pak choi is a Chinese cabbage and also called bok choy. This leafy green forms a tall cluster with milky white stalks that have a crisp and juicy texture. From these stalks, dark green leaves grow up the the side in one uniform shape. Bok choy has a milky and mild vegetal flavor that pairs very well in East Asian cuisines. The texture of the leaves are soft once cooked, but still maintain form.
