What is Rosé?
Rosé is a type of wine made from multiple varieties of red grapes and is alcoholic. The wine has a light pink color because the skins of the grapes, which contain the pigment only touch the wine for a short period of time, before they are removed. There are a number of varieties of rosé, including syrah, granche and pinot noir. There are also many shades of rosé from a pale pink to a light red. This wine tastes light and has many ranges of flavor from mint, grapefruit, strawberry, tomato, blackberry and many more. Rosé wine tends to be a bit sweeter, though can be dry at the same time.
