What is Roti Paratha?
Roti paratha, also called roti pratha or roti canai is a pan cooked flatbread made from wheat dough. It is stretched into a super thin disc the size of a large pizza and then swirled into a bun, rolled flat to a corn tortilla size and pan cooked or fried. It is light and mild with a pleasing taste of fat with a hint of nuttiness and salt.
