What is Salt Bagel?
Bagels are a yeast leavened bread made from wheat dough and formed into a fat ring shape. The diameter is 3.5 to 4.5 inches in width. Salt bagels have a plain and slightly nutty tasting bread and are covered in large granules of sea salt. The bagel can be eaten as is, or sliced and spread with toppings.
