What is Spaghetti?
Spaghetti is a type of pasta made from a wheat flour dough. It is long and thin with a round body of no more than 2 mm in diameter. It is thicker than capellini which is very thin. Spaghetti has a cream color and is hard when dry. Once it is boiled it becomes soft and easy to chew, while maintaining its structure. Spaghetti is traditionally served with tomato sauce and can be served with many other sauces and toppings.
