What is Whole Wheat Lasagne Pasta?
Whole wheat lasagna pasta, or lasagna noodles are used as the pasta that is layered in the cheesy Italian baked pasta, called lasagna. Lasagna noodles are a light brown/beige color, thin and flat. Each noodle is roughly 7 inches long and 3.5 inches wide. When lasagna noodles are boiled in water, they become soft like pasta, while retaining their form. The flavor is plain and tastes of the gentle nuttiness of wheat.
