What is Whole Wheat Spaghetti?
Spaghetti is a type of pasta made from whole wheat flour dough. It is long and thin with a round body of no more than 2 mm in diameter. It is thicker than capellini. Spaghetti has a beige color and is hard when dry. Once it is boiled it becomes soft and easy to chew, while maintaining its structure. Spaghetti is traditionally served with tomato sauce and can be served with many other sauces and toppings.
