What is Aloo Paratha?
Aloo paratha is a popular breakfast flatbread in parts of India, where it originated and is served at other meal times too. The flatbread is made from a dough of wheat flour and boiled potatoes and is mixed with a variety of spices. It is then rolled into a thin, flat round circle, between four to six inches in diameter and cooked over heat in a pan, until golden brown. Spices and salt are added to bring out the flavor of the potato.
