What is Crunchy Spicy Scallop?
Crunchy spicy scallop is used as a sushi filling and can be found in poke bowls and other Japanese/Hawaiian inspired seafood dishes. The scallops are finely chopped and mixed with mayonnaise, sriracha, and spicy shichimi togarashi seasoning. To add the crunch, crispy tenkasu; deep fried flour bits are added to create texture in addition to flavor.
