What is Multi-Grain Bagel?
Bagels are made from yeast leavened dough and formed into a fat ring shape, with a diameter of 3.5 to 4.5 inches. The Multi-grain bagel is made with whole wheat flour and has an assortment of flax seeds, oats, sunflower seeds, millet and other various grains and seeds studded on the outside of the bagel. The texture of this pale, muted brown bagel is chewy and similar to a dense bread.
