What is Chicken Tikka?
Chicken tikka is an Indian curry that contains less spice and heat than chicken tikka masala. Roasted chunks of chicken are simmered in a creamy orange-colored sauce that is rich, fragrant and flavored with hints of ginger, garlic, turmeric, coriander and cumin. The dish is served hot as a main course.
