What is Chocolate Graham Crackers?
Graham crackers originated in the early 20th century and are made from a coarsely milled wheat flour named after Sylvester Graham who invented this now popular sweet snack. A more recent addition is the chocolate graham cracker. Cocoa powder is added to bring the rich depth of flavor that chocolate provides and give the rectangular perforated cookie a light brown color. The flavors are sweet, honey-like, and nutty.
